• “Pay E-Z” – Starting from the monthly investment (Payment), show how much home a buyer
could purchase, utilizing the interest rate, length of loan (amortization) and down payment
inputted by user.
• “Mortgage E-Z” – starting from the price of the house (total Investment), show the monthly
payment utilizing the interest rate, length of loan (amortization) and down payment inputted by
user.
